Welcome to A VEG BYTE. By accessing or placing an order through our website or WhatsApp service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

A VEG BYTE provides homemade Whole Wheat and Multigrain Chapatis for bulk and retail supply within Bangalore city. Our services include preparation, packaging, and doorstep delivery based on pre-orders.

2. Ordering Policy

Orders are accepted through WhatsApp, call, or website form.

Pre-orders only – We do not accept same-day or urgent orders.

Each order must be confirmed with a 50% advance payment.

Orders without advance payment will not be processed.

Once the order is confirmed, production and delivery slots will be scheduled.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted digital methods.

50% advance at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% (if applicable) upon delivery.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) unless mutually agreed.

4. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within:
📍 Indiranagar
📍 Jeevan Bhima Nagar
📍 New Thippasandra
📍 CV Raman Nagar
📍 and nearby surrounding ares or any.

Delivery charges apply based on location and order quantity.

Delivery timings are subject to traffic, weather, and kitchen schedules.

Customers are requested to be available at the provided address during the delivery window.

5. Product Quality

All Chapatis are made fresh on a pre-order basis.

We strictly do not use Maida — only pure wheat or multigrain flour.

Chapatis are prepared in a clean, hygienic, home-style kitchen environment.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a “Save Food” exchange policy for daily subscribers only.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled one day in advance.

Once preparation begins, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

In case of late cancellation or no response at delivery time, the advance payment will be non-refundable.

8. Hygiene & Food Safety

We maintain strict hygiene standards. However, customers are advised to consume Chapatis within the same day of delivery for best freshness and taste.

9. Limitation of Liability

A VEG BYTE is not responsible for:

Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

Misuse or resale of our products by third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

A VEG BYTE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
